Terms and Conditions


'the Goods' means all articles sold to the Partner, including replacements for defective Goods.
'the Terms' means the terms and conditions between the Partner and the Company with the purpose to sale Goods.
'the Partner' means the person or organisation accepting the Company's  policy and quotation  embodying these terms
‘the Company’ means the Doors4UK LTD.



All orders accepted by the Company are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. By the placement of an order (by whatever means) the Partner will be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the said terms and conditions and will be bound by them notwithstanding any terms on the Partner order. Any variation to these conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Company.


The Company shall be entitled to withdraw any quotation at any time prior to acceptance by the Partner.

Prices are according to the Company price list with the discount offered. The Company reserves the right to change the prices based on market evolution and currency exchange rate with a 30 days’ notice.
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate prevailing at the time of invoicing.

A Delivery Note is included with each Good delivered.


Settlement Terms

The ownership of the Goods shall remain with the Company until payment in full has been received.
The payment of the goods will be made as follows:

a) A deposit of 50% of the total value (inclusive of VAT) of the order will be paid when placing the order according to the proforma invoice. The order will not be taken into consideration if the deposit was not paid in full.

b) The outstanding balance will be paid and fully cleared 14 (fourteen) days before delivering the Goods based on the proforma invoice issued 28 days prior to delivery. The notice for the outstanding balance will be provided according to the manufacturer instructions that will be received by the Company once the Goods have been entered into the production line.

A payment delay of up to 7 days generates a delivery delay of up to 15 days. A payment delay between 7-14 days generates a delay of Goods for up to 30 days.

An outstanding delay of the balance with more than 14 days will close the specific order and the deposit paid will be lost. Arranged delays can be generated with both parties consent in writing.

The Partner shall make all payments in full without withholding, deducting or set off for any reason.

In the eventuality when there is a new order placed and the advance is been paid before the outstanding balance of the previous order (within 21 days), the Company will consider the payment to be towards the previous order settlement.


The lead time for the delivery will be issued for every order according to the manufacturer delivery notice generate individually plus a time frame of 2(two) weeks to transport the Goods to the Company warehouse. A delivery charge may apply based on the number of Goods and Partners warehouse location. The Goods could be picked up from the Company warehouse based on a booked appointment. The Company does not accept to store the Goods for an unlimited period of time and will offer the Partner the possibility to pick up the goods. the Company can provide storage for goods at extra charges. Storage costs are according to the Company’s policy and not included in the Sale Terms and Conditions.

Delays generated by the manufacturer will be informed in writing. The manufacturer reserve the rights to delay with a maximum of 2(two) weeks from the initial lead times based on factory production planning.  For any delays generated by the Company, the Partner will receive compensation of 0.5% per day of the value of the Goods delayed. In case of damage on transport or wrong order items, the Company will generate a new order with the same delivery time frame as the initial order.

The Company will not make compensation for delays generated by transport companies.

If the delivery cannot be made because of the Partner in a week from the moment the goods are in the Company's warehouse, then the Partner needs to pay the following storage cost.


the Company will accept returns of standard products within 30 days of the dispatch date. A specific customized product such as glass or wood doors, sliding systems, frames or other customized products will not be accepted. The products with factory faults will be replaced at no extra cost.




For any order cancelled by the Partner, the Company is entitled to retain any deposit paid and to charge the Partner for any costs incurred.




All orders are based on quotation followed by the technical specification of the products.

Where wood or other natural products are used may appear slightly differences in colours and texture between different units or from the original samples.

Additions and/or variations to the specification of the order will not be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.

Any order is considered complete at the moment the goods are delivered.

Doros4UK can provide fitting at extra cost and terms.


Force Majure


the Company reserves the right to defer the date of delivery if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of the business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, without limitation, acts of Gods, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to the other party’s workforce). The Company will communicate any issues that may appear to the buyer within 30 days.

If the goods are damaged in such circumstances the Company will place a new order for the Partner with new delivery date but no longer than 90 days from the initial date of delivery agreed.
